SIREs Web Server was originally developed in 2010 as a collaboration between Monica Campillos and Matthias Hentze at the EMBL at Heidelberg and Mayka Sánchez, Ana Rojas and Ildefonso Cases from the IMPPC at Barcelona.
The new version has been developed by Clara Suárez-Quintana and Mayka Sánchez from the Iron Metabolism Group and Uciel Chorotescki from the Computational RNA Biology Group, both at the UIC in Barcelona.
